I had issue with my garage door opener. Pros On Call was assigned to me by my Home Warranty. Nick (technician) from Pros On Call worked and he was professional and fixed the issue in a timely manner. I was very impressed Nick service and he did an excellent job and gone beyond of his work scope. Very satisfied from this service.

Excellent fast service! My key fob completely died on me today and called Pros on Call. They were able to cut me a new key and program a brand new fob right from their van! Some how or another I bent the key to my Toyota Tundra. I reached out to All Valley Pop A Lock and they dispatched a tech. Within 10 minutes Jaime called me and I explained the situation to him. He asked for a pic of my key to verify it was a model he could replace. He was at my door in less than 30 minutes to pickup the key. Within 2 hours I had my replacement key. The owner himself came out to do the programming. Their prices are well within reason.. I highly recommend!!!!!

I lost my car key and was helped out by their technician named Josh. He provided a great service for half the price of what I was quoted at the dealership. The gentleman was extremely courteous, and he showed up exactly when he said he would. He opened the door in no time and did not even damage the lock. He is a patient, pleasant and courteous professional. I forgot his name, but maybe the company can post it so he gets his due recognition. I strongly suspect that they are the best in the business.
