How fast do you respond to a lockout in Austin?

Is Pros On Call licensed to work in Texas?

What is the difference between rekeying and replacing a lock?
Rekeying changes the internal pin tumblers so only a new key operates the existing hardware. Lock replacement installs new hardware entirely. Rekey when the hardware is in good condition and you want to change access. Replace when the hardware is damaged, worn, or you want a security upgrade.
Can you make a new key for my car on site?
Yes. Our automotive locksmiths cut and program transponder keys and proximity fobs on site for most vehicles from 1995 forward. No dealer trip required for the majority of makes and models. We carry programming equipment on every vehicle.
Do you charge more for after-hours or weekend service?
No. Our rates are the same 24 hours a day, seven days a week, including holidays. A lockout at 2 a.m. on a Sunday costs the same as one at noon on a Tuesday. Security emergencies do not keep business hours, and neither do our prices.
Can you reach Georgetown, Leander, or Kyle?
