Thunderstorm took out the power and now the opener is unresponsive or behaving erratically. Surge damage to the circuit board or antenna. We carry replacement boards for common models.

HOW 24/7 EMERGENCY OPENER REPAIR WORKS

  1. Call Now for Immediate Dispatch

Describe what the opener is doing: no power, jammed mid-cycle, post-storm, grinding noise. We answer in under 30 seconds and route the nearest licensed technician with the right parts inventory.

  2. Technician En Route with Parts

Service vehicle carries drive gears, logic boards, sensors, and hardware for residential openers. Median Central Austin arrival: 14 minutes. You get a live call 15 minutes before arrival.

  3. Diagnosed, Quoted, and Fixed Before We Leave

We run a full cycle test, read any flash codes, and quote the exact price before touching anything. Most emergency opener repairs are completed same visit. Door tested and secured before we drive away.

WHAT HAPPENS AFTER YOU CALL

Same Rate at Midnight as at Noon. What We Carry Matters.

Most companies add an after-hours surcharge when you call at 11 PM. We do not. A drive gear replacement at 2 AM costs the same as it does at 2 PM. A logic board swap after a midnight storm costs the same as a weekday afternoon appointment. The rate we quote on the phone is the rate on the invoice. This is how we have operated since 2010 because opener failures do not follow a schedule.

Every service vehicle carries drive gears for the most common residential opener brands in Texas: LiftMaster, Chamberlain, Genie, and Craftsman. We also stock photo-eye sensor pairs, remote receivers, logic boards for popular chain-drive and belt-drive models, and the trolley hardware that fails when the emergency release cord is pulled during a power outage. Central Texas summer heat pushes motor temperatures in attached garages above 110 degrees. That heat accelerates drive gear wear and shortens logic board lifespan. If your opener has not been serviced in three or more years, an emergency call at midnight is not unusual.

  • Same rate at 2 AM as at 2 PM. No overtime surcharge.
  • Drive gears, logic boards, sensors, and trolley hardware on every truck
  • Manual operation restored and door secured if a part must be ordered
  • One-year labor warranty on all emergency repair work

WHAT OUR CUSTOMERS SAY

Our opener died at 10 PM with the car inside. My husband had a 5 AM flight. Called Pros On Call and the technician arrived in 16 minutes. Drive gear was stripped. He had the part on the truck, replaced it, tested the door, and was gone in under an hour. Same price as a daytime appointment. No surprise fees.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Do you charge extra for emergency opener calls at 11 PM or 2 AM?

No. Our rates are the same 24 hours a day, seven days a week, including holidays. A drive gear replacement at 2 AM costs the same as it does at 2 PM. The rate we quote on the phone is the rate on the invoice. We have priced this way since 2010 because opener failures do not follow a business-hours schedule.

My car is trapped in the garage and I need to leave. How fast can you respond?

Median response in Central Austin is 14 minutes. A vehicle trapped inside before an early shift or a late-night departure goes to the front of the dispatch queue. Call now and we route the nearest licensed technician to you with a live ETA.

The opener runs but the door does not move. What is happening?

Most likely the drive gear has stripped, the trolley carriage has disconnected from the rail after the emergency release cord was pulled, or the chain or belt has snapped. All three are same-visit repairs. We carry drive gears for LiftMaster, Chamberlain, Genie, and Craftsman on every service vehicle. Diagnosis takes five to ten minutes on site.

The door stopped mid-cycle and will not respond to the remote or wall button. What do I do?

Do not force the door by hand if a spring or cable may also be under tension. Disconnect the opener by pulling the red emergency release cord. If the door is stuck partway, leave it in place and call us. Mid-cycle jams are often a photo-eye sensor obstruction, a travel limit drift, or a force setting shift after a storm. We diagnose and correct the setting on site. The door will not be left in an unsecured position before we leave.

There was a thunderstorm and now the opener is completely dead. Can a power surge damage the circuit board?

Yes. Texas summer thunderstorms are a leading cause of logic board failures in residential openers. A surge through the wall outlet or the antenna line can destroy the circuit board even with a surge protector on the outlet. We carry replacement logic boards for common LiftMaster and Chamberlain models. If the board is not in stock on the truck, we restore manual operation and secure the door before we leave, then return with the part within one to two business days.

Is emergency opener repair more expensive for older units?

Not in labor cost, but older openers can reach a point where the repair cost is close to the cost of a new unit. We give you a straight comparison on site: exact repair cost versus installed cost of a new opener. If the opener is under ten years old and the failure is a single component, repair is almost always the right call. If it is 15 or more years old and the motor has failed, replacement is usually better value. You decide based on the numbers, not our preference.

Can you fix any brand of opener?

Yes. LiftMaster, Chamberlain, Genie, Craftsman, Overhead Door, Wayne Dalton, Linear, and Raynor are the brands we see most often. We stock common repair parts for these brands. For specialty or legacy models, we order same-day or next-day and provide manual operation instructions until the part arrives.

Do you serve Round Rock, Cedar Park, and Pflugerville at 2 AM?

Yes. Round Rock, Cedar Park, Pflugerville, Georgetown, Leander, Kyle, Buda, and 36 Texas markets total. Drive time on MoPac and I-35 is factored into our routing. Call us and we give you a live ETA for your location.
