Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Pros On Call (24 Service LLC DBA Pros On Call) concerning your access to and use of our locksmith, garage door, access control, and door services. By requesting our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Services Provided

Pros On Call provides professional locksmith and garage door services including, but not limited to:

• Emergency lockout services (residential, commercial, automotive)
• Lock installation, repair, and rekeying
• Garage door repair, installation, and maintenance
• Access control system installation and programming
• Door installation, repair, and replacement
• Security system upgrades and consultations

Service Requests and Scheduling

Service requests may be made by phone, email, or through our website. We provide:

• 24/7 Emergency Service: Available at all hours for urgent lockout and security situations.
• Scheduled Service: Appointments available for non-emergency work.
• Response Times: We strive for fast response but cannot guarantee specific arrival times due to factors beyond our control.

Pricing and Payment

Our pricing structure is as follows:

• Estimates: We provide upfront pricing estimates when possible, but final costs may vary based on actual work required.
• Payment Terms: Payment is due upon completion of service unless other arrangements have been made in advance.
• Accepted Methods: We accept cash, credit cards, and other payment methods as specified at time of service.
• Emergency Service Fees: After-hours, weekend, and holiday service may incur additional charges.
• Cancellation Fees: Cancellations made less than two hours before a scheduled appointment may incur a cancellation fee.

License and Insurance

Pros On Call is fully licensed (License #B19847) and insured to provide locksmith and garage door services throughout Texas. All technicians are background-checked and trained professionals.

Customer Responsibilities

As a customer, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information about the service location and required work.
• Verify property ownership or authorization to request service.
• Ensure safe access to the service location for our technicians.
• Be present during service or designate an authorized representative.
• Pay for services as agreed upon completion.
• Notify us of any concerns or issues immediately.

Warranty and Guarantees

We stand behind our work with the following warranties:

• Workmanship Guarantee: We guarantee our labor and workmanship for a specified period. Details are provided at time of service.
• Parts Warranty: Manufacturer warranties apply to parts and equipment we install.
• Exclusions: Warranties do not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, or unauthorized modifications.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pros On Call shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.

Emergency Service Disclaimer

While we make every effort to respond quickly to emergency calls, we cannot guarantee specific response times. Response times may be affected by weather, traffic, technician availability, and other factors beyond our control. We are not liable for any damages resulting from delays in service.

Property Access and Security

For lockout services, you must provide proof of ownership or authorization to access the property. We reserve the right to refuse service if we cannot verify proper authorization. You agree to hold us harmless from any claims arising from service provided based on information you provided.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with Texas law. You agree to waive any right to a jury trial.

Modification of Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
