Existing slab, hinges, trim, and hardware are removed carefully. The rough opening is cleaned and prepped. Old door is set aside for disposal or kept at your request.

Installation and Weathersealing
Pre-hung unit is shimmed into the opening, secured with long screws into structural framing, and fitted with lockset, deadbolt, and compression weatherstripping on all four sides.

Final Inspection
Door is operated ten times. We check for light gaps at the threshold, test lock and deadbolt function, and walk you through hardware operation before cleanup.

Removing the Old Door Changes the Job
