My cat knocked a ladder over in the laundry room. She was therefore locked in and we had no way of opening the door because the ladder was so jammed against the door. The other entry door was locked and we had no key.

Anthony showed up and first tried to unjam the door. Unfortunately, the ladder was really lodged into the door.

Anthony was able to go through the locks on the outside door and then he offered to rekey the lock for us.

Anthony went above and beyond as well because I asked him if he could help me twist off the hose from the outside spigots because they were on too tight and I couldn’t get it off and did not have the tools to do so.

With the cold weather coming, I can now cover up my spigots thanks to Anthony going above and beyond.
