Dean has been a licensed locksmith since 2007 and started Pros On Call in Austin in 2010. Before going out on his own, he worked for several companies and grew frustrated with overpricing and jobs that never got done right the first time. He built Pros On Call around one rule: quote upfront, charge what you quoted, do the job well. Eighteen years in, he still runs the day-to-day, still takes field calls when the team is stretched, and still personally trains every technician on the equipment and standards the company is built on.
