About Nelli
Nelli is the person who decides which technician goes where and when. She has 17 years of customer service and operations experience and has been running dispatch at Pros On Call for 9 of them. When a call comes in for a 2am lockout, a same-day commercial rekey, or a garage door that went down on a Friday afternoon, Nelli is the one routing it and setting the expectation with the client.
